Ngày 13/05/2014 tại Hà Nội lại diễn ra một cuộc biểu tình trước Đại sứ quán Trung Quốc phản đối hành động xâm lược của Trung Quốc trên Biển Đông, và yêu cầu đưa vấn đề ra trước tòa án quốc tế.
 

Khoảng bốn, năm chục người chiều nay đã bất ngờ tập họp trước Đại sứ quán Trung Quốc số 46 Hoàng Diệu, giơ cao các khẩu hiệu « Hoàng Sa – Trường Sa là của Việt Nam », « Đả đảo Trung Quốc xâm lược ! », « Đả đảo bè lũ Tập Cận Bình », « Thay đụng độ trên biển bằng tranh tụng trước tòa án quốc tế ».
