Quốc ở Biển Đông
Phó tổng thống Mỹ Joe Biden hôm qua chỉ trích Trung Quốc đang
"thách thức" nguyên tắc quốc tế khi tiến hành hoạt động bồi đắp, cải
tạo quy mô lớn ở Biển Đông.

"Về vấn đề tranh chấp ở
Biển Đông, Mỹ không đặc biệt đứng về phía một quốc gia nào. Chúng tôi ủng hộ
giải quyết tranh chấp một cách công bằng và hòa bình, vì tự do hàng hải. Ngày
nay, những nguyên tắc này đang bị thách thức bởi hoạt động của Trung Quốc ở
Biển Đông", AP dẫn lời ông Biden, hôm qua phát biểu trong một lễ tốt nghiệp tại
Học viện Hải quân ở Maryland, Mỹ.
Biden cho biết nhiều sĩ quan hải quân mới sẽ
được điều tới khu vực châu Á-Thái Bình Dương để kiềm chế những thách thức đang
trỗi dậy, trước khi chúng biến thành xung đột. "60%
lực lượng hải quân Mỹ sẽ đóng tại khu vực châu Á-Thái Bình Dương trước năm
2020", ông nói.
Trung Quốc đơn phương đưa ra
yêu sách "đường 9 đoạn", tuyên bố chủ quyền với hầu hết diện tích
Biển Đông. Bắc Kinh tiến hành bồi đắp, cải tạo quy mô lớn tại các bãi đá ở quần
đảo Trường Sa thuộc chủ quyền Việt Nam, bất chấp sự phản đối quốc tế.

Biden được đưa ra một ngày sau khi Mỹ tuyên bố sẽ tiếp tục các chuyến tuần tra
quân sự tại nơi Trung Quốc đang tiến hành cải tạo đất, bất chấp Bắc Kinh ngăn
cản.

Vietnam communists been doing about the Chinese communist territorial

They have done nothing
except running away with tail between their hind legs !!!!

and international exposure of Chinese lawlessness.
. Prepare to confront
Chinese military aggressions with upgraded defensive parameters around
Vietnamese islands and reefs while improving overall navy and air forces
capabilities: purchases of 6 Kilos-Class submarines, 8 Gepard 3.9 frigates, 42
Su-30sjet fighters... while self-producing annually, 4 fast attack,
missiles-equipped ships for asymmetric warfare.
I can guaranty to the
whole world that VC (Vietnamese communist) would never dare to challenge
the Chinese communists for Vietnamese rights on any front such as Hoang Sa
& Trương Sa islands or on fishing rights area.
History showed:
- When Vietnamese
fishing boats harvested around Hoang Sa & Truong Sa, the Chinese communists
boats intentionally crash against Vietnamese fishing boats to sink.
The VC authority did not
dare to protest the culprit: Chinese communist by name but merely said: The
Vietnamese fishing boats was sunk by "UNKNOWN"
boats !!
- Not too long
ago, VC Navy approached their Hoang Sa & Truong Sa islands, VC Navy boats
suddenly became "target practice" for the Chinese sailors: they used
machine guns to gun down almost 50 VC sailors !!! It's a shame !!
- That was in contrast
to the picture when the Vietnamese people took into account about the 1974 sea
battle between the South Vietnamese Navy against the Chinese navy on the
same area: What happened then?
The South Vietnamese
Navy opened fire FIRST against the Chinese Navy and sunk one
Chinese destroyer with a boatful of Chinese BIG SHOTS w/o any
assistance from the US 7th Fleet !!
At the present time, off
and on the Vietnamese people -IN VIETNAM- still gather by thousands to
glorify the South Vietnamese Navy past action !!

those articles in question for your consideration.
- About those
VC submarines, frigates & jet fighters VC acquired from
Russia you mentioned above, they are second class, out dated weapons, no
other countries want to touch.
